1) To be an eligible member of EZ Pay, you comply and confirm that all information provided is true and correct. Should you knowingly falsify any of the required information, your account shall be terminated immediately with or without prior notice.

Referral Program
1a) Personal members can enjoy additional 100 sms for every friend that they refer to join EZPay.SG. Valid period of the free sms is 1 month from referral date. Additional SMS will be added to member's account immediately after the referred friend have successfully registered at EZPay.SG. Members are allowed to send max 4 free sms daily. Additional sms is charged at a basic rate starting from $0.055 per sms for all countries including Singapore. Surcharge applies to some countries. Referral program ends on Tuesday, August 31, 2010.

2) Members agree and allow EZPay.SG to send email(s) / sms to their referred friends to inform them on EZPay's latest services & promotions.

Purchase / Top Up
1) The cards, once purchased, will not be exchangable or refundable. EZ Pay will not refund any unused credit to customer or transfer any unused credit to another telephone number at any time.

2) The money, once topped up into EZPay.SG's account, will not be refundable. EZ Pay will not refund any unused credit to customer or transfer any unused credit to another account at any time. Validity period for the top up amount is 1 year from date of top up.

Products / Services
1) EZ Pay is a calling card reseller for all the calling cards sold on this website. The various calling cards service provider reserves the right to change the service rates to the various destinations at any time without any prior notice to the customer. EZ Pay makes no warranty whether express or implied that the services provided by the service providers will be uninterrupted, secure or free from technical difficulties. EZ Pay shall not be liable for any loss, claim, liability, expense, demand or damages whatsoever suffered or incurred by the customer resulting from the use of the services provided. The customer shall indemnify EZ Pay from and against all claims, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities arising from or in connection with his/her use of the calling cards service.

Loyalty Program
1) Members can accumulate 1 loyalty point for every dollar spent on purchasing calling cards.

2) Loyalty points is not applicable to non-members, merchants, and purchases that are not made online.

3) Loyalty program ends on Tuesday, August 31, 2010.

1a) Each member is entitled to 10 free sms sent via Quick SMS. If member fax in their company's ROC / BRN, they will be entitled for 100 free sms. Valid period of the free sms is 1 month from registration date. Members are allowed to send max 4 free sms daily. Additional sms is charged at a basic rate starting from $0.055 per sms for all countries including Singapore. Surcharge applies to some countries. Promotion ends on Tuesday, August 31, 2010.

2) Registered members agree to receive SMS from companies that have subscribed to EZPay's services. They will receive the latest promotions and offerings from these companies.

3) By downloading and reading the HTTP SMS API Agreement & Documentation, the user agrees to comply with the terms & conditions stated in the agreement.
