EZ Pay's Member's Account Basics
1) How do I topup my EZPay account?
There are 2 methods to top up your account. You can top up:
1) Via Internet Banking
(There is a transaction fee of minimum $1 or 5% of the top up amount (whichever is higher).) or
2) Using ATM Card / Cash Card - Go to any AXS stations and go to eServices -> Top-Up -> EZPay.SG -> Members -> Top Up
(There is a flat transaction fee of $0.70 irregardless of top up amount.)
2) Do I need to pay when I sign up as a new member?
Online registration is absolutely FREE. There is no fees involved. At the same time, each new member is entitled to 1,000 free SMS.
3) How do I check my EZPay.SG account balance?
After logging in at EZPay.SG, go to My Account Information > Check Balance
4) How do I check my EZPay.SG Free SMS balance?
After logging in at EZPay.SG, go to My Account Information > My Free SMS Balance
5) How do I track my cards' purchase information?
After logging in at EZPay.SG, go to My Account Information > Track My Purchases
6) How do I track my SMS delivery status?
After logging in at EZPay.SG, go to SMS Services > SMS Outbox
6) How do I redeem my loyalty points?
After logging in at EZPay.SG, go to My Account Information > My Loyalty Points > Redeem
Calling Card Basics
1) What are calling cards?
Calling
cards are prepaid cards for you to make local or overseas calls at
lower rates that help you to save up to 80%.
2) How does it work?

3) Why should i use calling card?
There are many reasons why you should use calling cards:
(1) The rates of out-going calls to local or overseas are much lower
than local telecom providers.
(2) You can save up to 80% on your mobile bills.
(3) You can enjoy more talktime at lower rates.
(4) There will be balance & talk duration announcement during each call
(6) You are not bounded by mobile plans and bills. Simply
buy a prepaid card which allows you to budget your calls and
enjoying more talktime compared to local telcom providers.
4) How does these cards work?
All cards work differently. Simply click on the card images in the Products page for card instructions.
5) What are the ways to purchase a calling card?
(1) Online purchase via ezpay.com.sg (available to members & merchants only)
(2) SMS (available to members & merchants only)
* To purchase via SMS, simply use your registered mobile phone and sms the card's SMS Code to 815 11 815. We will reply your sms with the card purchase details.
6) What is speed dial function?
Speed dial allows you to do 1 stage call back on free-incoming mobile plans.
One Step Calling with callback service.
(1) SMS will be sent to you after successful call.
(2) SMS will include your Speed Dial No to connect you with Designated.
No. for future Callback calls.
(3) Save Speed Dial No. into Phonebook of Designated No. for convenience
dialing.
7) What are the denominations available?
Most IDD & callback cards are in the denominations of $5 & $10. For Top Up cards, denominations are $18 or $20.
8) Can I get replacement for lost/expire card?
No, you can't. Please ensure that you finish using the credit before expiry date.
9) Can I use this card when I am overseas?
If the card service provider has an access number overseas, you will be able to use the card.
10) How long does it takes for my calls to be connected?
Average connection time is about 10 seconds. However, for countries with poorer
telecommunications infrastructure, the call connection time may be
longer.
SMS Basics
1) I do not live in Singapore. Can I use your services too?
Currently, this service is open to Singapore mobile users only. If you need to register an overseas mobile number, kindly drop us an email at sales@ezpay.com.sg.
2) How long will it take to send an sms?
Normally, it will take less than 10 secs for the recipient to receive the sms. However, the delivery speed is based on the service provider's traffic situation too.
3) My mobile does not have roaming services, can I still use EZPay's sms service?
Yes you can. We deliver all sms through the web. You can login to our web to send sms irregardless of where you are.
4) If I am a Singtel subscriber, can I send an sms to a Starhub mobile?
Yes you can. All mobile users can send sms to any mobile numbers worldwide. Simply include the country code and we will send the sms on your behalf.
5) Is the sms service free?
Yes. Sending sms via Quick SMS is free.
6) Will the recipient be charged for receiving the sms?
No. Receiving sms sent via EZPay is absolutely free.
7) Will the recipient see my number on the sms?
If you choose your mobile number to be displayed on the sms, the recipient will see your mobile number on the sms. The recipient can directly reply to the sms and you will receive the reply on your mobile.
If you choose to display a SMS Name, eg. your company name, on the sms, the recipient will see the SMS Name instead of your mobile number.
8) Can I use EZPay's SMS service with my own program / software?

9) Can I send sms using my mobile phone and enjoy the Free SMS Promotion at the same time?
No you can't. You can only enjoy the Free SMS Promotion by sending SMS via Quick SMS at EZPay.SG.
10) Can I send sms using my mobile phone with EZPay.SG?
Yes you can. You can use GPRS SMS service supported by EZPay.SG. For more info, click here
